Our Process
Step 1
A semi-automated line carries the birds to various workstations, beginning with humane slaughter, feather removal, eviseration, and finally wash off.
Step 2
After the birds are completely cleaned, they are placed into water-cooled tanks to chill until below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3
As the final step we vacuum package our poultry products in shrink bags. The product then goes to our cooler or freezer depending on the customer’s need.
